Because of the custom nature of my products, no products will begin production until payment is received. 

Refunds and returns will not be given unless there is an issue with your product upon arrival.

 Please note that all products are delicate, and I cannot guarantee any refund or return for a product that has been improperly or roughly handled after pick up/delivery.
